Andrea Slusarski is an artist & educator based in Denver, Colorado and is the woman behind Drawing From Nature. Her work is rooted in the lines created by nature, chartered, followed down trails, carved through snow and beyond. Drawing from the landscapes she surrounds herself in, her sketchbooks continue to fill with the layers & messages throughout the landscapes & stories that grow her curiosity.
'Plein Air' painting is the term given to creating outdoors. These prints are from landscapes I've drawn in my sketchbook on my many adventures. The original was painted with watercolor and drawn with ink pen & pencil in my sketchbook on location.

This is an archival print of my sketchbook plein air painting. High resolution images have been edited & digital drawing included, to share what usually stays in my personal sketchbooks. Each print is signed on the front.
Frame and mat are NOT included.
All of my prints are produced with professional art materials including pigment-based inks and archival grade papers.
PLEASE NOTE, paper is larger than the listed size, as there is a ~1" white border around the actual image. Meaning the 9x6 is in total 11x8. This makes it easier for matting or float mounting your print. Image itself is shrunk down ~1/4" from size listed to expose signature line when matted or framed in the corresponding standard sized mat/frame :)
