As a small business working with a third generation family-owned manufacturer, we take pride in all of the skis and snowboards we create. That's why we back both up with a lifetime warranty.

We also understand that mistakes happen. And that's why we've partnered with Extend so that you can enjoy the peace of mind knowing that if you hit early season sharks or you experience an epic roof rack fail, you'll have a hassle-free way to replace your skis and snowboards. Here's the details of our lifetime warranty:

Abuse, neglect, normal wearing, and poor equipment maintenance voids this warranty. Structural damage incurred while skiing or riding hard, while deserving of high fives, will only be eligible for warranty if the damage is beyond normal wear and tear and due to defective materials or workmanship. The following are not included in our warranty:

>> Top sheet chipping due to things like crossing tips or chucking in roof boxes

>> Rail and box impact

>> Skiing and riding over rocks/stumps

>> Running into another human

>> Using as walking sticks to the lift

>> Dragging through the parking lot

>> Flying off roof racks

>> Sitting in the rain or your hot storage shed all summer

>> Not repairing minor damages resulting in major damages

>> Any alterations to the equipment 

>> Faulty binding installation

  • All warranties must be from original purchaser on new equipment AND must be purchased from Coalition Snow directly. All warranty claims for skis or snowboards purchased from other retailers will need to go through those retailers. 
  • All warranties must be supported by a dated copy of the proof of purchase.
  • Warranties without a proof of purchase will be evaluated by the warranty department to determine the appropriate actions taken.
  • Skis and snowboards will be replaced if they are found to be defective in materials or workmanship by the warranty department.
  • Please send inquiries to us at hello@coalitionsnow.com. Please attach pictures, proof of purchase, serial number, and brief description of what the issue is. From here, we are willing to investigate the damage, and determine the next step to resolve the issue at hand. If we deem it non warrantable, we will try to offer solutions to get you back on our product.
  • Warranties will be resolved as received, and as timely as they can. As much as we want to get you on a new product over night, sometimes it takes some time. PLEASE BE PATIENT. We will keep you informed with every step taken.
