It shouldn’t come as a surprise that we were a little tired of the typical narrative of the outdoor adventurer: The straight white male who conquers the mountain and his competition (insert eye roll)... We’ve got other ideas about what makes for a story-worthy adventure. Introducing Sisu Magazine, a quarterly magazine whose mission is to uncover the untold stories of the outdoors.

Our podcast continues the conversations that we start on the trail and on the chair lift. We occasionally (read: frequently) drop F-bombs, interview some of the most interesting people in the outdoors and beyond, and say things that many of us think but don’t feel comfortable saying out loud. If you love truth-telling and irreverence, get ready to laugh, cry, and maybe pee your pants a little bit.
We’re teaming up with Deenaalee Hodgdon, one of the newest members of our Ambassador team and the Creator and Host of On The Land Media, to create a scholarship fund for Indigenous communities to access avalanche training and backcountry skiing and riding.
