Where can I find your gear?
You can find a selection of our skis in the Reno, Berkeley, and San Francisco REI stores and on their website. In Canada you can head on over to Freefall in Sun Peaks, British Columbia. In Australia and New Zealand, find us at Blackbird Bespoke Ski Company. You also can meet the team at the Tahoe Mill Collective. Can I use more than one discount code?
Sorry friends, only one discount code per order. Many of our codes have expiration dates, so the best way to stay in the know about our deals is to sign up for Lady Parts, our weekly e-blast.
How long will it take to get my goods?
You can't rush perfection. All of our athletic wear -- crop tops, shorts, hot shorts, capris, and leggings -- are made to order. Please allow up to two weeks for delivery. Skis and snowboards will ship within three business days of your order. Need things faster? Please contact us.
How do you ship?
We ship via UPS across the US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Please provide a valid address when placing your order. Shipping in the continental US is FREE for orders over $50. Orders under $50 ship for a flat rate of $5 in the US. In Canada, skis and snowboards ship for $30. In Australia/New Zealand skis and snowboards ship for $85. All apparel and accessories ship for a flat rate of $15 in Canada and $45 in Australia/New Zealand. All of our shipping materials are made from 100% recycled material. What's your warranty policy?
All of our skis and boards have a 1-year warranty for manufacturer’s defects. Rocks, trees, rails, boxes, humans, or any other object that your board or skis come in contact with or other user errors that result in damage do not qualify for a warranty. What is your return policy?
Not happy with our gear? Return any pair of skis or snowboard within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. We accept returns for lifestyle items that have not been worn within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. The only catch is that the shipping is on you. All returns must receive an RA number. Contact us to make arrangements for your return and we'll try to make it easy as 1, 2, 3.
