Where's My Order?

When will you ship my hoodie, tee, or sweatshirt?

All pre-sale/exchange apparel will ship any day now! It's at the printers and we will ideally ship the first week of June, possibly the second week of June.

All in-stock apparel will ship the first week of June.

We're not selling our goods past May 31st, but we'll be working through 2026 to support our customers.

Where's my skis or snowboard?

All pre-sale skis and snowboards will ship in October.

All in-stock skis and snowboards will ship the first two weeks of June.

Can I still talk to you after May 31st?

Yep! We'll be working through 2026 to wind down operations and support our customers. Don't hesitate to reach out and we'll do our best to respond in a timely manner.

How does your final sale work?

Take 20% off all skis and snowboards with the code SPRINGSLUSH at checkout.

There will not be any further discounts offered.

This code cannot be combined with other offers or applied to past purchases.

How does your pre-sale work if you're closing?

We will manufacture one final time over the summer of 2026. You can order sold out skis and snowboards through May 31st, 2026.

You can pay half now and half before we deliver your skis or snowboards.

Deposits are nonrefundable.

We will deliver your skis or snowboards in October.

When's the last day I can purchase goods from your website?

We will cease all sales on May 31st, 2026.

Returns, Exchanges, & Warranties

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes! You have 24 hours to cancel your order. Please contact us immediately with your order number. We are unable to cancel any orders after they have shipped.

What's your return policy?

All orders placed between April 7th and April 31st are eligible for exchanges but not returns.

All orders placed after May 1st are final sale: no refunds, no exchanges.

All orders placed before April 7th are eligible for our standard exchange and return policy.

Not happy with your 25/26 skis or snowboards? Return your skis or snowboard after five days on the mountain by May 1st. Please note that skis or snowboards that have clearly been skied more than five times are not eligible for our guarantee. Learn more here.

You are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs with skis and snowboards.

Please note that the Money Back Guarantee does not apply to final sale or Community Care Sale purchases.

We accept returns and exchanges for apparel and accessories that have not been worn or used within 30 days of the ship date.

Enjoy free shipping on Apparel & Accessory returns if you choose store credit. Otherwise the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. 

We only accept returns on items purchased directly from us.

Yard Sale items can only be exchanged; no returns on Yard Sale items.

We are unable to make exceptions to our generous return policy. Thanks in advance for understanding.

How can I start a return or exchange?

All orders placed between April 7th and April 31st are eligible for exchanges but not returns.

All orders placed after May 1st are final sale: no refunds, no exchanges.

All you need is your order number or the email you used to place the order. You’ll find your order number in your Coalition Snow Order Confirmation email or the packing slip included in your shipment. If you don't have an order confirmation, check your promo folder or spam. Once you locate that, send us an email and we'll get started on it ASAP.

What's your warranty on skis and snowboards?

The last day to submit a warranty claim is May 31st, 2026.

All of our skis and boards have a lifetime warranty for manufacturer’s defects. Rocks, trees, rails, boxes, humans, or any other object that your board or skis come in contact with or other user errors that result in damage do not qualify for a warranty.

Shipping

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship globally. If you do not see an option to ship to your country, please contact us. Please note we do not ship to the UK because of the requirements of Brexit.

We also are not responsible for any duties or fees you might be required to pay. Please ensure you understand those costs. You are responsible for paying duties and fees.

If your order is returned to us because duties or fees were not paid, we will refund your order less shipping costs.

How much do you charge to ship?

We offer free shipping on orders over $75 within the lower 48 states. For orders under $75, we charge a flat rate of $8. 

Shipping rates for Alaska and Canada will appear in your checkout. If you have questions about shipping rates to other countries, please contact us.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

We certainly can try! As a small team we don't ship every day, so please contact us ASAP and we'll provide a quote.

How do you ship?

We ship everything USPS. Occasionally our CEO might deliver them on her broom.

Is my packaged insured and protected?

Your package is protected only if you pay for Navidium Package Protection, which is toggled on at checkout, for both skis/snowboards.

We have seen an uptick in issues with all logistics companies. It's a very small price to pay for peace of mind and package replacement or an order refund.

If you decide to remove Navidium Package Protection from your order, Coalition Snow is unable to replace any lost/stolen packages.
