How do you ship? 

Hannah is the human who ships your order and like the rest of us, likes to occasionally sleep and shred pow, so please don't expect any Amazon-like 2 hour shipping from us. She likes to take her time to make sure that your goods are packaged with love.

At the risk of sounding like a broken record, we're not Amazon, nor do we want to be. We're a small women-owned business and that's why we charge for shipping. There is a real cost, from the supplies, to the person who packs it, to the person who delivers it. Our flat rate shipping of $15 for skis and snowboards and $5 for apparel and accessories doesn't even cover the cost of shipping. You chipping in a bit means that we get to keep people employed. We ship FedEx and UPS for skis and snowboards and USPS for all apparel, accessories, stickers, and Sisu Magazine. Please provide a valid address when placing your order. To inquire about international shipping rates or any other shipping inquiries, please contact us.

How long will it take to get my goods?

We ship skis and snowboards twice a week on Wednesdays and Fridays. All of our athletic wear -- crop tops, shorts, hot shorts, capris, and leggings -- are made to order in Montreal, please allow between two and three weeks for delivery. Most of our apparel also is made to order, so please allow between one and two weeks for delivery. Need things faster or have questions? Please contact us.

What's your warranty policy?

All of our skis and boards have a lifetime warranty for manufacturer’s defects. Rocks, trees, rails, boxes, humans, or any other object that your board or skis come in contact with or other user errors that result in damage do not qualify for a warranty. What's your return policy?

Not happy with our gear? Return any pair of skis or snowboard within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. We accept returns for apparel and accessories that have not been worn or used within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. Exchanges are free. Returns incur the actual cost of shipping, which we will inform you of in advance of shipping. All returns must receive an RA number. We only accept returns on items purchased directly from us. Yard Sale items are final sale and we do not offer returns or exchanges. Contact us with questions or to make arrangements for your return.

Where can I find your gear?

Come visit us at our flagship store in Reno, NV, opening late October. You can find a selection of our skis in REI, evo, and Backcountry. In Australia and New Zealand, find us at Blackbird Bespoke Ski Company. Can I use more than one discount code?

Sorry friends, only one discount code per order. Many of our codes have expiration dates, so the best way to stay in the know about our deals is to sign up  for our weekly e-mail.
