How can I finance my purchase?
You can select ShopPay and pay in four installments over two months with no interest. You can also apply for financing through Bread with longer terms up to 12 months. Click here to apply for financing.

Can you send me goods for my fundraiser or event?
We try to support as many non-profits and community events as possible. Given the size of our business and the number of requests we receive, we are not able to accommodate everyone, but we'll do our best. Please complete this form 4-6 weeks in advance of your event.
How much do you charge to ship?
We offer free shipping on orders over $150 within the lower 48 states. For orders under $150, we charge a flat rate of $8.
Shipping rates for Alaska and Canada will appear in your checkout. If you have questions about shipping rates to other countries, pleasecontact us.
Do you ship outside of the US?
We do ship to certain international destinations. Please be advised, you are responsible for any duties/VAT/taxes that are imposed on imported goods in your country. We are not able to add those fees on to your purchase.

Please be advised, we have temporarily halted shipping to the UK until we can determine how best to implement the new Brexit rules.

How do you ship?
We ship skis and snowboards via UPS and apparel and accessories via USPS.
How often do you ship?
We ship two to three times a week, depending on the season and volume of orders. Much of our apparel also is made to order, so please allow between one and two weeks for delivery. Need things faster or have questions? Please contact us.
Is my packaged insured and protected?
Only if you pay for Route Package Protection, which is toggled on at checkout, for both skis/snowboards and any USPS shipments. We have seen an uptick in issues with all logistics companies. It's a very small price to pay for peace of mind and package replacement or an order refund. If you decide to remove Route Package Protection from your order, Coalition Snow is unable to replace any lost/stolen packages.
Returns, Exchanges, & Warranty
What's your return policy?
Not happy with our gear? Return your skis or snowboard within 21 days of the ship date for a full refund, even if you've skied on them. We accept returns and exchanges for apparel and accessories that have not been worn or used within 21 days of the ship date. We are unable to make exceptions to the 21 day return and exchange window.
Enjoy free shipping on Apparel & Accessory returns if you choose store credit. Otherwise a shipping fee of $8 will be deducted from your refund.
We only accept returns on items purchased directly from us.
Yard Sale items can only be exchanged; no returns on Yard Sale items.
How can I start a return or exchange?
All you need is your order number and the shipping zip code in hand. You’ll find your order number in your Coalition Snow Order Confirmation email or the packing slip included in your shipment. Click here to start the return and exchange process.
What's your warranty policy?
All of our skis and boards have a lifetime warranty for manufacturer’s defects. Rocks, trees, rails, boxes, humans, or any other object that your board or skis come in contact with or other user errors that result in damage do not qualify for a warranty.
