At Coalition Snow, we get that sometimes, things just don't click (we're looking at you, our single friends). That's why we've got your back with our generous five-day return policy, available for all our skis and snowboards. Our main goal is your complete satisfaction, and if, for any reason, you're not vibing with your gear, we're here to sort it out.
THE LOWDOWN
You've got the freedom to take your skis or snowboard out for a spin anytime during the season for up to five days. If they're not your jam, no worries—you can return them for a full refund or an exchange. For instance, let's say you snag a pair of skis today, and four months down the line, on your fifth day of shredding, you realize they're not your soulmate ski, we're cool with that. Just make sure they still look like they've only seen five rides to be eligible for that full refund or an exchange.
DON'T BE NAUGHTY
Now, a quick heads up: Our crew might have to turn down your request if there's some catastrophic damage caused by, well, skier or rider misadventures in the first five days. We'll give it the old side-eye and make the call.
Oh, and let's keep it all on the up-and-up. You can't order two pairs of skis, try 'em both, and then send one back. Or buy the same ski or board again after returning it.
Returns, Exchanges, & Warranties
What's your return policy?
Not happy with our gear? Return your skis or snowboard after five days on the mountain anytime during the season that you purchase your gear. Spring and summer purchases apply to the following season. I know, we are the best ;)
We are unable to make exceptions to this generous money-back-guarantee policy.
We only accept returns on items purchased directly from us.
How can I start a return or exchange?
All you need is your order number and the shipping zip code in hand. You’ll find your order number in your Coalition Snow Order Confirmation email or the packing slip included in your shipment.
What's your warranty policy?
All of our skis and boards have a lifetime warranty for manufacturer’s defects. Rocks, trees, rails, boxes, humans, or any other object that your board or skis come in contact with or other user errors that result in damage do not qualify for a warranty, unless you purchase an Extend policy.
