RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Looking to exchange or return an item? We understand sometimes it's just not the right fit, and we're happy to help you get started.
All you need is your order number and email you used to place the order. You’ll find your order number in your Coalition Snow Order Confirmation email or the packing slip included in your shipment.
Send us an email at hello@coalitionsnow.com with this info and we'll get your return or exchange started.
Our Return and Exchange Policy
We accept returns or exchanges for apparel and accessories that have not been worn or used within 30 days of the shipping date, no questions asked. Exchanges are free and for returns, you'll have to pay the shipping.
We accept returns or exchanges on your skis or snowboard throughout the season as part of our Money Back Guarantee. You are responsible for shipping. Please note that the Money Back Guarantee does not apply to final sale or Community Care Sale purchases.
Other things of note
We only accept returns on items purchased directly from us.
Yard Sale items and all permanently marked down goods are only eligible to be returned for store credit.
