It happens, we get it, and we want to make it as easy as possible for you. All you need is your order number and the shipping zip code in hand. You’ll find your order number in your Coalition Snow Order Confirmation email or the packing slip included in your shipment.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICIES

Apparel & Accessories

We accept returns or exchanges for apparel and accessories that have not been worn or used within 21 days of the shipping date.

Skis & Snowboards

You have five days on the mountain to test out your new skis to make sure you like them. You can take those five days anytime over the 23/24 season. If you aren’t happy with them, we’ll replace for another model/size or refund you. We trust that you won’t try to send back a pair of skis that have clearly been skied on more than five times because that would be uncomfortable for both of us.

Ski and snowboard returns/exchanges will incur a $25 shipping fee.

We also have a lifetime warranty against manufacture defects. You can read more about that here.

Do I have to pay to return or exchange?

Enjoy free shipping for apparel and accessories if you choose store credit or an exchange.

Returns on apparel and accessories will incur a $5 shipping fee. This will be deducted from your refund unless you opt for store credit, and then there are no shipping fees.

Ski and snowboard returns/exchanges will incur a $25 shipping fee.

What about Yard Sale items?

Yard Sale items can only be returned for store credit.

Does it matter where I bought it?

We only accept returns on items purchased directly from us.
