RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICIES
Apparel & Accessories
We accept returns or exchanges for apparel and accessories that have not been worn or used within 21 days of the shipping date.
Enjoy free shipping on Apparel & Accessory returns if you choose store credit. Otherwise a shipping fee of $8 will be deducted from your refund.
We only accept returns on items purchased directly from us.
Skis & Snowboards
You have five days on the mountain to test out your new 24/25 skis or snowboard. You can take those five days anytime over the 24/25 season.
If you aren’t happy with them, we’ll replace for another model/size or refund you. We trust that you won’t try to send back a pair of skis that have clearly been skied on more than five times because that would be uncomfortable for both of us.
Please note the Money Back Guarantee only applies to our 24/25 line. It does not include previous years models, permanently marked down models, or Community Care Sale purchases.
You are responsible for returns and exchanges shipping costs with skis and snowboards.
We also have a lifetime warranty against manufacture defects. You can read more about that here.
Do I have to pay to return or exchange?
Enjoy free shipping for apparel and accessories if you choose store credit or an exchange.
Returns on apparel and accessories will incur a $5 shipping fee. This will be deducted from your refund unless you opt for store credit, and then there are no shipping fees.
You are responsible for shipping back your skis or snowboard. We can provide a label and deduct it from your refund/exchange. Ski and snowboard returns/exchanges also will incur a $25 restock fee.
Please note the Community Care Sale skis and snowboards cannot be returned; exchanges OK.
What about Yard Sale items?
Yard Sale items can only be returned for store credit.
Does it matter where I bought it?
We only accept returns on items purchased directly from us.
