We accept returns of unworn and unused goods that you purchased from us within 21 days of the ship date. Yard Sale items can only be returned for store credit. We ship our skis and snowboards UPS within the continental US. Apparel and accessories are shipped USPS. Please provide a valid shipping address for ground delivery. You can follow the progress of your shipment from the shipping email you receive. We endeavor to ship your order within three working days.

We test, bring in our Ambassadors and Athletes (did you know that our skis have been in the Olympics?), refine, and then deliver a finished product to you.
