We accept returns of skis that you purchased from us within 21 days of the ship date, even if you've skied on them :) This does not apply to skis purchased from another retailer. We offer a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects. Click here for the details. You can purcahse a warranty from Extend that offers protection against accidental damage like hitting rocks or dropping your skis. Check it out here and add it to your cart.

We ship our skis UPS within the continental US. Please provide a valid shipping address for ground delivery. You can follow the progress of your shipment from the shipping email you receive. We endeavor to ship your skis within three working days.

Please note that we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We highly encourage you to select Route Shipping Protection, which will protect from damage, theft, or loss for just a few dollars.
