What's Your Return Policy?
We have a money-back guarantee on all of our skis and snowboards. Ski or ride them for five days during the season, and if you don't like them, you can return them for a full refund. Get the details here.
Please note that the Money Back Guarantee does not apply to final sale or Community Care Sale purchases.
This does not apply to skis purchased from a retailer other than us. If you do need to exchange or return an item, contact us.
Can I Pay In Installments?

We ship our skis USPS within the continental US. Please provide a valid shipping address for ground delivery. You can follow the progress of your shipment from the shipping email you receive. We endeavor to ship your skis within three working days.
