Don't Take Our Word For It

What past guests have said about our Bachelorette Trip

A Bachelorette trip at the end of April is the best way to cap a season—and start you thinking about the next one. The combination of a small group that works together to start early, follow the sun, catch the last chair, and celebrate the day around the dinner table is a rare experience. And totally fun!

If you are in any way on the fence about going on a trip to a new place with people you've never met, do it! You won't regret the camaraderie that happens so easily, the laughs, and the amazing scenery.
Adrienne
The Bachelorette trip is such a great way to close out the skiing season. It is a magical time of exploring the mountain together, sharing meals, soaking in the hot tub, laughing, and making new friends.

    Itinerary

DAY 1 | April 22nd: Arrive in Sunriver and get ready to meet your new friends! We'll have a leisurely afternoon where you can explore the bike trails, spa, and lounge. Once we all get settled in, we'll have dinner together and prepare for our first day on the hill.

DAY 2 | April 23rd: We'll fuel up for our day at breakfast, jump in the party shuttle, and spend the day skiing and snowboarding at Mount Bachelor. Before dinner, you can relax in the hot tub or take a stroll to the little coffee shop down the road.

DAY 3 | April 24th: Rinse and repeat! Keep your fingers crossed for a clear day so we can take the Summit lift to the top.

DAY 5 | April 26th: After breakfast, we'll say our goodbyes, but not before we make our next plans together ;)

    FAQS

    You've Got Questions

    And We've Got Answers

    Can I pay in installments?

Yep! Pay the $250 deposit today and we will bill you the remainder in three equal payments, to be paid in full by March 1, 2026.

    How many people are going?

A maximum of 8 people will be on this trip. We will all have a chance to get to know each other before the trip through optional monthly Zoom calls. This trip is open to women, non-binary, and trans identifying folks.

What level skiers and riders is this trip meant for?

This trip is geared toward intermediate to expert skiers and riders. There's a little something for everyone, regardless of ability.

I'm afraid of holding the group back; should I still come?

YES! We embrace a choose-your-own-adventure sort of experience. And we will be able to split into different groups based on skill level and interest.

How can I get to know the people on this trip?

We will hold optional monthly Zoom calls. Please be prepared to share your pronouns, the native land you reside on, and a little bit about yourself. You are welcome to join the calls before committing to learn more about the trip and make an informed booking decision. Please contact us for the registration link for the calls.

Do I need to bring my own skis/snowboard?

We recommend you bring your own gear and/or demo Coalition gear. There is an option to rent at the lodge, but that will eat into your on-snow time.

What will the accommodation be like?

Sunriver Resort is a three-star resort with hot tubs, an indoor heated pool, bars, and restaurants on site, and other amenities that will make your stay feel luxurious. We stay in a private condo or house. All accommodation is shared; you will have your own bed and share a room with one other person. Upgrading to a private room is possible and subject to availability.

    What's the food like?

Our CEO, Jen Gurecki, is your personal chef for breakfast and dinner (she's good, trust us). Our meals are nourishing, healthy, delicious, and served family style. We can accommodate all dietary restrictions.

    What's your refund policy?

You can receive a full refund, less the deposit, up to three months before the departure of the trip. If you need to cancel with less than three months' notice but more than 30 days, we will provide credit for a future trip. Cancelations made with less than 30-day notice will not be refunded, and credit will not be provided.

What else do I need to know?

Please note this is not a guided trip. We're there to facilitate and show you our favorite spots, but we will not be providing instruction.

We are committed to creating a safe space for all participants and, as such, have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, intimidation, and/or verbal/physical abuse.
