Tech Specs
Tip & Tail Rocker
Tip and Tail Rocker (50mm) with 4mm camber between your feet.
- Easy turn initiation - The upturned tip and tail help the board pivot smoothly into turns without catching
- Aggressive edge grip - The 4mm camber creates a pronounced arc that digs into the snow for maximum edge hold
- Powerful carving - More camber means more energy stored in the board when you flex it, giving you explosive pop out of turns
- Stable at speed - The continuous camber between your feet keeps you locked in and confident when bombing down steeps
- Responsive feel - Every movement gets transmitted directly to the snow through the cambered contact points
FSC Certified Poplar Core
Poplar wood strikes the perfect balance between strength and weight. It's responsive enough to transmit your movements directly to the snow while remaining lightweight and lively underfoot.
- Consistent flex - Poplar bends predictably and returns to shape quickly
- Lightweight - Won't tire you out during long days on the mountain
- Durable - Handles impacts and stress without breaking down
- Sustainable - FSC certification ensures responsible forest management
Triaxial Fiberglass Laminates
Three layers of fiberglass woven at different angles around your core provide the perfect combination of strength and flexibility.
- Torsional strength - Resists twisting when you're carving hard on edge
- Smooth power transfer - Your energy goes efficiently from your legs through the board to the snow
- Pop and response - Springs back quickly after flexing, giving you energy out of turns
- Dampens vibration - Reduces chatter and maintains control at speed
IS 7500 Sintered Base
A high-quality sintered base that's built for performance and durability.
- Fast glide - Sintered construction holds wax better and glides faster than cheaper extruded bases
- Durable - Harder material resists scratches from rocks and ice
- Repairable - Can be stone ground and repaired multiple times over the board's lifetime
- Consistent performance - Maintains its characteristics season after season
1.7mm HRC 42 Edges
Precision steel edges that are thick enough to be durable but not so thick they add unnecessary weight.
- Sharp and grippy - HRC 42 steel hardness provides excellent edge hold on hard snow and ice
- Long-lasting - 1.7mm thickness means you can tune them many times before they wear out
- Responsive - Thick enough to transfer your movements precisely without being sluggish
- Reliable bite - Consistent edge engagement when you need it most on steep or icy terrain
Is This The Right Snowboard For Me?
The Myth and Queen Bee are super fun, lively, and responsive boards. The biggest difference is in the camber, which is a personal choice.
If you love carving, playing in trees, side hits, and finding pow stashes, you'll love the Myth. The Queen Bee is poppier, more responsive in the park, and a better choice for beginners due to the flex (but don't let that fool you -- the Queen Bee is a favorite of our Ambassador team).
