We accept returns of snowboards that you purchased from us within 21 days of the ship date, even if you've ridden on it :) This does not apply to snowboards purchased from another retailer. We ship our skis UPS within the continental US. Please provide a valid shipping address for ground delivery. You can follow the progress of your shipment from the shipping email you receive. We endeavor to ship your skis within three working days.

Please note that we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We highly encourage you to select Route Shipping Protection, which will protect from damage, theft, or loss for just a few dollars.
