We ship our skis UPS within the continental US. Please provide a valid shipping address for ground delivery. You can follow the progress of your shipment from the shipping email you receive. We endeavor to ship your skis within three working days.

Please note that we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We highly encourage you to select Route Shipping Protection, which will protect from damage, theft, or loss for just a few dollars.

We test, bring in our Ambassadors and Athletes (did you know that our skis have been in the Olympics?), refine, and then deliver a finished product to you.
